Jay graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Business Management. While in school he interned as a strength and conditioning coach at Tarleton and he organized sport specific workouts for the basketball, tennis, and football teams. The skills and knowledge gained while there are at the foundation of his organization, Beastmode. Most recently, Jay has created and launched TheMeproject in partnership with KIPP Academy. TheMEproject is a 5-week self development course for middle school boys transitioning into Men of Excellence. Through other platforms, Jay creates opportunities that will allow him to be diverse with his message. One of his ongoing projects is hosting the “I’M-JUST-SAYING”, a radio talk show on KCOH 1430 AM. The weekly radio show aims to Enlighten, Educate, and Empower the Community & Society. In addition, acting and motivational speaking has provided Jay with the tools to share a relevant message.
