Jillian has been practicing law since 1986. She is admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey only. She is also Professor of Law and Society at Ramapo College.

Jillian has represented clients in cases across the country before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as permitted under agency rules for out-of-state attorneys, and in federal courts permitting “pro hac vice” representation by out-of-state attorneys in appropriate cases.

In addition to New York and New Jersey, Jillian has represented clients in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Washington State.
