Tony-Award Winning Broadway Star & Actress Best Known for "Wicked"

Emmy and Tony Award winner Kristin Chenoweth transitions between stage, television, and film effortlessly. She received rave reviews while starring in the ABC series "Pushing Daisies," where she received an Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series. She has been involved in numerous television productions, including "The West Wing," "Glee," "American Gods," "Trial & Error," and "Schmigadoon!" She also had her own NBC sitcom, "Kristin," and appeared in the television film The Music Man opposite Matthew Broderick. As a guest star, she has graced shows like "Sesame Street" and "The Good Wife."

Chenoweth is also renowned for her Broadway accomplishments, making her debut in 1997. She won a Tony Award and Drama Desk awards for Best Featured Actress in a Musical for her role in "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown." She also played Glinda the Good Witch in the musical "Wicked" and received a Tony nomination for her performance. Additionally, she starred as Fran Kubelik in the Broadway revival of the musical "Promises, Promises" and played Lily Garland in a Broadway revival of "On the Twentieth Century," for which she won a Drama Desk Award.

Chenoweth has showcased her vocal prowess in several albums and cast recordings. She has released several solo albums, including "Let Yourself Go," "As I Am," "A Lovely Way to Spend Christmas," "Some Lessons Learned," "Coming Home," "The Art of Elegance," "For the Girls," and "Happiness Is Christmas." She has had the honor of performing in solo concerts at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall and The Metropolitan Opera.

Beyond her acting and singing career, Chenoweth is also an author. She wrote a memoir titled "A Little Bit Wicked" in 2009, a candid and comedic chronicle of her life so far. The book was released by Simon & Schuster and debuted at No. 12 on the New York Times Hardcover Non-Fiction Best Seller List.
