Paul Kupperberg
Former Editor for DC Comics & Prolific Writer of Comic Books and Newspaper Strips
Paul Kupperberg is the author of more than two dozen books, countless short stories and articles, and more than 700 comic book stories. His books include "The Same Old Story," "Two Tales of Atlantis," "Crime Campaign," "Murdermoon," "JSA: Ragnarok," the humor book "Jew-Jitsu: The Hebrew Hands of Fury," the young adult novels "Wishbone: The Sirian Conspiracy" and "Hey, Sophie!," as well as storybooks featuring Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Firehouse Tales, Kung Fu Panda, Megamind and others for Stone Arch Books, Dalmatian Press, Simon & Schuster and others.
Paul currently writes the bestselling 2012 Eisner Award-nominated monthly Life with Archie: The Married Life LIFE Magazine for Archie Comics.
He is the co-creator and contributor to the new fantasy anthology "Redeus: Divine Tales" and "Latchkeys: The Bootleg War," an ebook young adult fantasy series.
He is author of "Kevin," a middle readers novel based on the groundbreaking Archie Comics character, coming in April 2013 from Grossett & Dunlap ("Kevin Keller is the first openly gay character in the history of Archie Comics and currently stars in his own best-selling series of comic books. Paul writes frequently on comic book history and pop culture for DC Comics and websites, including Bookgasm.com and ComicMix.com, and is the author of more than a dozen non-fiction books for young adults on topics ranging from history and biography to pop culture and science for Rosen Publishing and Facts On File. He has also written humor and satire for Marvel's CRAZY Magazine, syndicated newspaper strips (Superman, Tom & Jerry), online animation, coloring books and advertising.
Meanwhile, in his day job, he has been an Editor for DC Comics, Executive Editor of WEEKLY WORLD NEWS and Senior Editor of World Wrestling Entertainment's WWE KIDS Magazine.
