Rebecca Barnett is an author and motivational speaker on character-centered leadership.  As an athlete, Rebecca witnessed a great deal of courage, ambition, and perseverance. Rebecca Barnett noticed a great deal of honorable character in sports competition.  She wanted to apply these virtuous sports characteristics to corporate leadership.

Rebecca Barnett developed her "Winning Without Losing Your Way: Character-Centered Leadership" through three years of research from over 100 interviews with business leaders and Olympians.  She has a dozen years of executive experience with American's most popular and hard line retailers, including The Limited and The Home Depot.  Her style of leadership offers fresh insights and answers to the problems our corporations face today.

Rebecca Barnett  is a adjunct professor at the Western Kentucky University and a national referee and black belt in the Olympic sport of Judo. She won a sivler medal in the 2001 World Masters Championships.
