Cybersecurity and Wireless Technology Expert

Scott grew up surrounded by engineers and electronics/ It was the family business founded in 1972 in Berkeley Heights, NJ. Scott's father remains as the CTO of the company to this day.

In his early years, Scott got involved in telecommunications and computer science. He was named President and CEO of Berkeley Varitronics Systems in 1999. It was the premiere telecommunications and security product manufacturer. The company continues to be held privately by my family.

Now they are the leading provider of advanced solutions for the wireless industry and produce custom engineered products for wireless threat detection, M2M, Wifi, Cellular, WiMAX, LTE, and advanced radio test instruments.

From 2005-2010 Scott invented, marketed and sold many cellular test instruments, and mobile broadband signal coverage tester - in fact, more stimulus transmitters than any company in the world.

In 2012 Scott began delivering weekly episodes of a YouTube & iTunes video podcast called, 2 Minute Cybersecurity Briefing. They discuss and educate people on the basics of identity theft, and hacking techniques to help make our digital lives more secure.

In 2013 Scott began speaking more as a national expert on cybersecurity and wireless detection. Scott has regular appearances on Bloomberg TV, ABC, CBS, Fox Business News, Good Morning America, CNN, CNBC and many more.

In 2014 Scott got hacked. Can you believe it? A cybersecurity expert got hacked. And he chronicled the breach and story behind it with real life examples of how to protect yourself in his book entitled "Hacked Again".

Since 2015 Scott has been studying various aspects of drone technology as it relates to wireless hacking, privacy issues, security response and even SAR (Search And Rescue). He has spoken at many wireless technology, hacking and TSCM events on drones and will be releasing a book to deal with the near future hacking of drones and the security of your personal information.
