Derek Reynolds is the owner of Leigh, Edwards & Company, a Consultant at Summit Salon Business Center and General Manager at Cutler Salons in New York.

In his work at Cutler, Reynolds leads the operations and development of four salons along with the company’s fashion, editorial, and educational pursuits.

His previous positions were as Salon Director and Shareholder of Studio Gaven hair colour and The Studio by Studio Gaven in Nashville, TN—and in the corporate world at L’Oréal USA working for both the Redken and Kérastase brands.
