Francis Eames  

Francis Eames is a Global Marketing Consultant and has worked for many high profile organisations and brands around the world.

His most recent major project has been for Guinness, one of the most widely recognised and best loved drinks brands in the world, now one of Diageo's Global Priority Brands. Francis was responsible for the global brand identity and all packaging design and development for the Guinness brand worldwide. He managed the development and introduction of the new global packaging livery into 150 markets through 48 production sites worldwide. He developed and introduced the first Guinness global brand identity and created CD-ROM and intranet based Global Brand Identity manual, and launched the Guinness global intranet database system for marketing materials. Previous to this he held a number of senior positions at Diageo, including Marketing Director, Guinness Asia Pacific. Before joining Diageo, Francis was with Unilever. Amongst the key positions he held were Marketing Director, Lipton Soft Drinks Group, Marketing Manager Beverages, Unilever Arabia, and Marketing Manager Foods, Unilever Singapore. He also worked on a range of Birds Eye brands. Francis is an authoritative speaker on all aspects of marketing.
