Wyman currently serves as an IBM Summit Program Manager, where he coaches and mentors the college hires that will become IBM Client Representatives and Sales Specialists. In 30 years of sales leadership, Wyman has earned a reputation as an innovative thought leader, strategist, and mentor. He has extensive experience leading teams to prevail in complex selling environments that leverage multiple routes to markets while serving Fortune 50 clients and start-ups alike. His commitment to excellence enables him to bring value to the marketplace and to the individuals with whom he works. Wyman is an authentic "Level 5 Leader".
Wyman served 30 years in the US Navy (7 active w/ 23 reserves) retiring as a Captain (0-6). His responsibilities in the Navy included that of Commanding Officer of two units, pilot, flight instructor, department head, Senior Leadership Course Instructor, and Returning Warrior Workshop lecturer/Keynote Speaker.
Wyman also serves as the Pastor of Men at his church and has been certified as a Life Coach Practitioner by the Certified Coaches Federation (CCF). He has been a professional member of the National Speakers Association for over 20 years.
Wyman has served his community in numerous including ten years as a Florida State College at Jacksonville Trustee (w/2yrs as Chairman) and 2yrs as a Board Director at JEA (Jacksonville Electric Authority). He is an alumnus of both Leadership Florida & Leadership Jacksonville and currently serves on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of NE Florida.
With 30yrs of service to our nation, 30 years of sales leadership at IBM, and over 20years in ministry, Wyman is uniquely positioned to bring a diverse set of skills and experiences to any opportunity or situation. Big God, Big Dreams, Big Goals: How to Supersize your Goal
Most people determine the size of their Goals based upon what they ahve see accomplished in the past, their abilities or their supporting cast such as friends or networks. This seminar teaches you how to develp a vision that is beyond what you can see in the natural and how to set goals (and achieve them) that you could not possibly accomplish depending only on you.
