Celebrity Chef, Restaurateur, Television Personality & Podcaster, "Two Dudes in a Kitchen"; Cookbook & Children's Author

Tyler Florence is a chef and television host who owns and operates the award-winning Wayfare Tavern in San Francisco. He completed his culinary education at the Charleston, South Carolina campus of Johnson & Wales University, which formed the foundation of his career. Significant in his career advancement was his role as the Dean of Culinary Education at Copia, a museum in Napa, California, that has since ceased operations. He also serves on the board of the national nonprofit, the Afterschool Alliance, highlighting his dedication to educational causes.

Florence's career extends into television, where he has hosted numerous Food Network shows. His portfolio includes shows like "Food 911," "How to Boil Water," "Tyler's Ultimate," "The Great Food Truck Race," and "Bite Club." In addition to these, he co-hosted "Worst Cooks in America" with Anne Burrell, showcasing his wide range in the culinary entertainment industry. Beyond television, Florence directed a documentary about the 2017 California Wildfires titled "Uncrushable," marking his foray into filmmaking. Florence is co-host of a popular weekly iHeartRadio podcast with Wells Adams titled "Two Dudes in a Kitchen." A hub for culinary knowledge and entertaining conversation, each episode starts with a food focus before evolving into engaging discussions around anything and everything.

In 2024, Florence released his latest installment in his collection of cookbooks titled "American Grill: 125 Recipes for Mastering Live Fire." Beyond cookbooks, Florence has also penned a children's book series called "Tyler Makes...."
