David Roberts

Award-Winning CEO & Serial Entrepreneur

David Robert’s passion is to help world leaders transform and develop extraordinary intentions for the global good. He is regarded as the world’s leading expert on exponential leadership, a term he coined a decade ago, believing that great leaders create leaders, not followers.

He is the Founder of GEDI, an organization training global leaders for extraordinary, lifetime human performance and led by elite combat warriors, human performance experts, wealth developers, and renowned physicians and scientists. He chaired the board of the world’s leading Quantum Computing software company 1QBit for the last eight years. He is also the founder of the Global Inspirational Goals, a proposal to augment the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals on the belief that humanity has greater potential than just to fix global problems.

David also served as the Vice President and two-time Director (and Alum) of the Graduate Studies Program at Singularity University. His award-winning high-tech ventures have received over 100 million dollars in funding from Silicon Valley’s top investors (Kleiner Perkins, Vinod Khosla, Cisco, Oracle, Accenture, In-Q-Tel…). David used to be a Goldman Sachs Investment Banker in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group headquarters. He led the development of revolutionary, multi-billion dollar, persistent spy satellites and spacecraft and was a founder of the global U.S. Drone Program, where he later served as a Mission Operations Commander. He served as a Career Officer in the Executive Branch of the U.S. Government. He began his career as a decorated military Special Agent and officer. He was educated at M.I.T., earning a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering, majored in Artificial Intelligence and Bio Computer Engineering, and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Harvard, Stanford, and Berkeley’s Business schools have written and taught case studies on David’s leadership and have been pictured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal and featured in the U.S.A. Today, The New York Times, Business Week, Fortune Magazine, CNN, and many others.

His fascination with technology began in the fourth grade after building an early hovercraft drone to carry his sister to the bus stop, powered by what was formerly his mother’s vacuum cleaner and fortunately limited by the length of an electric power cord.
