Jamie-Lynn Sigler is an actress and singer recognized for her portrayal of Meadow Soprano on the HBO series "The Sopranos." She can also be seen in the ABC's crime thriller drama "Big Sky." She began her career in entertainment in 1997 and has been active since then.

Apart from her work in "The Sopranos" and "Big Sky," Sigler's filmography includes films such as "Death of a Dynasty," "Love Wrecked," "Dark Ride," "Divorce Invitation," "I Do," and Jewtopia." She has made appearances on television in "Will & Grace," "Entourage," "Ugly Betty," "Guys with Kids," "CSI: Cyber," and "Elena of Avalor." More recently, she was also featured as a player in the Adult Swim sitcom "Beef House." In addition to her acting career, Sigler has ventured into the music industry, releasing a pop album called "Here to Heaven" in 2001.

In 2002, Sigler co-authored her autobiography, "Wise Girl: What I've Learned About Life, Love, and Loss," detailing her personal and professional experiences. Shortly after, at age 20, she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, and she made this public in January 2016. Sigler has since become an advocate for muscular sclerosis, raising awareness and advocating for those affected by the disease. In 2024, she delved into podcasting, starting "MeSsy" with fellow actress Christina Applegate regarding their shared experience with MS. Sigler is also an advocate for eating disorders, having experienced exercise bulimia earlier in her life. She is married to baseball player Cutter Dykstra, and they have two children.
