Theresa's business background is extensive and varied. She is the founder of Serious Mojo Publications and a former Senior Manager of Product Management and Development for MCI WorldCom. In that role, she managed a large team responsible for over $100 million in annual revenue, driving all elements of product development and marketing for call center products, from initial concept through commercial rollout and maintenance. She built a solid reputation of getting more work done with fewer resources, deftly navigating the oftentimes politically charged interdepartmental conflicts, and generating positive morale among her team members even in the face of massive corporate layoffs. As a consultant, she provided comprehensive business process reengineering and training services to organizations across the country. Prior to founding Serious Mojo Publications, Theresa owned a healing center that provided yoga and meditation classes, empowerment workshops, and bodywork services.
