Cristi Shaw is Chief Executive Officer at Kite, a Gilead Company, and is a renowned leader with more than 30 years of experience across the biopharmaceutical industry. As CEO, Ms. Shaw oversees advances in cell therapies targeting cancer. Ms. Shaw previously served as president of BioMedicines at Eli Lilly, U.S. Country Head and President of Novartis Corp. and North American Head of Novartis Oncology.

She currently serves on the Advisory Board for Concord Health Partners, and as a board member of Avantor, Inc., an executive committee member of the Biotechnology Industry Organization and an advisor to the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association.

In 2017, she cofounded the More Moments More Memories Foundation with her younger sister, Shelley, inspired by their sister's battle with multiple myeloma. The Foundation helps people living with cancer and their caregivers access healthcare innovations, including assistance to enroll in clinical trials.
