Jim Moffat is chairman and CEO of Deloitte Consulting LLP. During his more than 25 years with Deloitte, he has become known for championing collaboration and modeling Deloitte's culture and values. Moffatt serves as the advisory partner at key clients and is actively involved with helping numerous high-profile and complex engagements in multiple industries. He is an active mentor and coach and was instrumental in radically shifting Deloitte's pro bono model to create a strategic program that has received national acclaim and White House recognition for bringing skills that create significant social impact and maximize business value. Moffatt is a trustee of the American Film Institute and chairman of the institute's corporate council. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego, and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was recognized as one of the school's "100 Inspirational Alumni."
