Mikhailov is an industry expert and educator on the intersection between technology, finance, and retail, with a passion for helping businesses achieve their goals while meeting the needs of the young, digital-native consumer.

Mikhailov has been a featured speaker at The Digital Money Forum at CES, Money 2020, Shop.org, COSMOPROF, Luxury Interactive, The Content Council, CTIA, New York Women in Communication, and several other industry conferences. She has been a featured expert in publications including Bloomberg, CNBC, NBC Nightly News, Business Insider, WWD, and Engadget. Mikhailov has also written for publications including Quartz, PSFK, Retail TouchPoints, Total Retail and others.

Additionally, Mikhailova was named one of Mobile Marketer’s “Mobile Women to Watch,” the DMA’s “Guru of Mobile,” and was selected by the DoD to lead a cross-departmental education course on mobile best practices. She has served as an Adjunct Professor at NYU, lecturing on the highly personalized revolution of marketing through mobile technology. She is a graduate of American University with a BABS in International Management.
