Comedian, Writer & Golden Globe Award Winner & Best Actor on Hulu Comedy Series Ramy

Ramy Youssef is an actor and comedian from Rutherford, New Jersey. He is half of the sketch duo Inside Joke Films and best known for starring in the Nick at Nite Sitcom 'See Dad Run', and 'Mr. Robot'. Youssef made his debut on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

In 2018, Hulu announced a new series called 'Ramy', based on the real-life experiences of Ramy Youssef. Co-created and co-written by Youssef with Katcher and Ryan Welch, the series takes viewers into the world of a first-generation American Muslim who is on a spiritual journey in his politically divided New Jersey neighborhood. Ramy explores the challenges of what it’s like being caught between an Egyptian community that thinks life is a moral test, and a Millennial generation that thinks life has no consequences. He won a Golden Globe Award for his role on this show.
