Ana Larrea-Albert is passionate about helping others transform their lives and organizations. Fueled by her purpose of building better leaders, Larrea-Albert runs the Institute of Leadership and Culture to shape today’s leaders, empower tomorrow’s teams, and meet the future with confidence. As Adjunct Professor of Leadership & Organizations at Florida Atlantic University’s MBA program, she equips current and future leaders to better lead themselves and others, find their purpose and create impact in their worlds.

After a twenty-plus-year career in business, she left her executive-level role of Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience to study Management, Leadership and Decision Sciences at Harvard University, graduating with a Master’s in Public Administration in 2021. Larrea-Albert also has a MBA from FAU, and is a certified Organization Development Professional.

Larrea-Albert’s mission of empowering others is not limited to adults. Her bilingual children’s book series “ZeeZee Can” encourages children to dream big and take action. The second book, "ZeeZee Can Make the World Smile" was awarded an Honorable Mention as Most Inspirational Bilingual Picture Children’s Book by the International Latino Book Awards. She also co-authored the anthology Today's Inspired Latina Volume X: Life Stories Of Success In The Face of Adversity.

Her work with the Hispanic community, including being the founder of the Latina Leadership Collective, was recognized with the Latina of Influence distinction and the Everyday Hero Award nomination. She has spoken at and worked with organizations such as NASA, PayPal, Office Depot, First Data, Baird Capital, multiple associations, non-profits, universities nationally and internationally, among many others. Larrea-Albert is also a published author of award-winning research.

Larrea-Albert was born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, and lives in the Palm Beaches, FL with her husband, son, and puppy, ZeeZee, the inspiration for her book series.
