Midas newcomer Brian Singerman took the typical Stanford undergrad route after graduating with a degree in computer science in 2000. After four years at startup There, Inc., he joined Google as a software engineer. During his tenure there, he started angel investing with his XGYC Fund. He joined Founders Fund in 2008, where he's worked ever since. With interests in healthcare and robotics, Singerman had a hand in most of the firm's biggest deals including Spotify, Oculus and Climate Corp, and leads the firm's investments in wearables maker Misfit and Emerald Theraputics.
