Esteban likes to think he is a passionate, innovative, results-oriented, creative + analytical leader with an ability to visualize possibilities, communicate ideas, and lead meaningful change. Focused and curious, he enjoys the process of launching new products and solving problems.
Esteban is Director of Experience Design at Sprinklr, working on the evolution of the Sprinklr experience. UX + CX. From our platform to all things digital (i.e. the future of Sprinklr.com).
Esteban also served Sprinklr as Director of Strategy, spearheading the development of SaaS products and services.
He formerly led Samsung's social media marketing in North America, overseeing the brand's presence online as well as integrations of emerging tech into marketing programs and Samsung.com communities. He conceived and directed Samsung's sponsorship activation at SXSW Interactive and the creation of Samsung Nation.
Esteban has been a speaker at LeWeb, CES, SXSW Interactive, Internet Week, Corporate Social Media Summit, BlogWorld, Gamification Summit, Social Media World Forum, DCM East Brand Play, Marketing 2.0, Americas IT Marketing Forum.
His work and thoughts have appeared on The New York Times, TNW, FastCompany, Entrepreneur, Mashable, Inc., eMarketer, Web Strategist, CNN Español, Fox News Latino and TechCrunch. PR News named him one of the 15-to-Watch in 2011.
He enjoys fútbol, basketball, running, skiing, traveling, reading, writing, building side projects and advising early stage companies.
More than anything, Esteban loves life and enjoys living it with his wife, son, two dachshunds, family and friends. Born in Guatemala City, he now lives in Canada after a decade in the U.S. of A.
