He was the founding partner of his own firm and recently retired from the public practice of accounting and consultancy.

Francis has spoken at virtually every major oil company's national convention, at NACS, and State Petroleum Associations national conferences and symposium. He is a recognized leader and innovator in the Petroleum-Convenience Store industry. Most recently, he and three other partners sold their national acclaimed benchmarking company, CSXLLC, to the National Association of Convenience Stores, NACS.

Francis' no nonsense approach to analyzing business performance and people, has made his clients constant seekers of his experential wisdom, and provided for him a lifestyle rich with professional satisfaction and comforts.
