Gordon's mantra is: Help others. Be brilliant. He spends his time consulting with progressive organizations to coach them in how to think like a user, in grassroots terms and seek out the brilliance that already exists. The goal is to create more value from strategic plans by optimizing innovative, digital, socially beneficial and technology-mediated experiences in the solving of modern problems. Gordon is a passionate speaker, at gatherings of any size, on a range of topics including innovation, productivity, education, creativity, connectivity, community, mobile technology, social media and simply put: what's next.

Over a decades-long career, Gordon has developed digital business and User Experience (UX) strategies, including performing hundreds of end-user expert reviews, for Fortune 500 companies such as Nokia, Dell, AT&T, Mobile Oil, Microsoft, Proctor & Gamble, Staples, The State of Florida, Jeep/Chrysler and Caterpillar.

Born in Northern Ireland, Gordon has a BA in French with Linguistics from Southampton University, England, an MSc in Software Engineering from Napier University in Scotland, and is pursuing his PhD in Social Psychology from Walden University, online. He has lived in Austin, TX, since 2004.
