Kell Jay is the Country Head of Singapore at Grab (formerly known as GrabTaxi), Southeast Asia's leading ride-hailing platform. Kell Jay previously served as Regional Head of Analytics, Regional Head of Operations and Regional Head of GrabCar at Grab.

Prior to this, Kell Jay worked 9 years as a CRM / Analytics consultant at Accenture. He led high-impact engagements that transformed the marketing, sales & service functions for his clients. They include leading organizations in the financial services, telecommunications and oil & gas sectors throughout Asia Pacific.

Kell Jay is an avid long-distance runner and has completed 6 full marathons to date. He tries his best not to damage delicate corals while SCUBA diving. His idea of a honeymoon is to spend 3 months backpacking across South America with his wife. He would like to climb Mt Kilimanjaro one day. He believes in the 10,000 hour rule.
