Niamh is a Partner in EY's People Advisory Services Group.

Specialisations She specialises in providing people and organisational change advice to clients across all industry sectors, and is responsible for driving the growth of our People Advisory Services business in Ireland. This focuses on providing change, communications, talent management and organisational design advice to a diverse set of cross-industry clients, including those in government, financial services and consumer products. Her key specialities include:

Strategy and implementation planning Organisation design Change management Communications strategy and planning Culture transformation Learning and capability development Transformation programme management HR transformation Niamh is passionate about transformation and helping clients think about how they change their organisations with careful consideration of the impact on their people. Previous experience Before joining EY she was a management consultant in Ireland and the UK where she held lead roles on a number of large scale transformation projects in government and utilities sectors.

Credentials and community activities Niamh has a Bachelor’s degree in French and Classical History from Trinity College Dublin, and a post graduate diploma from Smurfit Business School, UCD in Business Studies (Organisational Behaviour).
