My goal is to bridge the gap between individual needs and productivity by creating a safe space for employees to be themselves without sacrificing productivity. My mission is to provide organizations with customized solutions that promote equity in the workplace with individuality at the forefront. My vision is to encourage organizations to prioritize the unique qualities of their team members by fostering high performance through connection rather than competition. As a speaker and a wellbeing reinvention strategist, as well as a media to rand former negotiations and risk management attorney, I help organizations in the legal industry and beyond bridge the gap between productivity and individuality by negotiating benefits that respect both sides of the equation.
