While always exuding an entrepreneurial spirit, LaFern's professional background includes human resource leadership, operations management and accounting. A member of the National Speakers Association and the International Coach Federation, LaFern serves in various leadership roles within business and professional organizations. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Salisbury University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland and is a certified Professional in Human Resources. Her professional coach training was obtained from Coach University and the Lore Institute. To rejuvenate her spirit, LaFern travels, reads, spends time with family, and serves her community.
