Gustavo R. Grodnitzky, Ph.D. is an organizational consultant and clinical psychologist. He is currently the President of Gustavo Grodnitzky, PLLC, an organizational consulting firm in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Dr. Grodnitzky specializes in leadership development, organizational change and communications, strategic and tactical planning, and executive coaching.

Dr. Grodnitzky has worked extensively with a broad range of organizations. Finally, Dr. Grodnitzky has extensive management experience having held the positions of Executive Director of the Adirondack Samaritan Counseling Center and Director of Drug Abuse Programs for the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Dr. Grodnitzky has presented at a variety of national and international professional conferences and has written many manuscripts for publication. He is currently authoring a book that focuses on understanding and managing the Millennial Generation. His most recent publication is a review of a text regarding Emotional Intelligence in the workplace. He was born in Argentina and is fluent in Spanish.
