Elvis Asiedu is a Ghanaian-British scholar with a solid background in the teaching profession. As a professional teacher, He has high expectations for the quality of his students' work. He has always tried to motivate and channel students' enthusiasms for a subject through projects, both student-devised and assigned, research opportunities and technological scaffolding. He strongly believes that the best teaching occurs when learners understand the underlying principles and can apply them to problems in new contexts. He has taught courses in government, politics and management and His teaching experience spans from different levels of education – Primary, Junior and Senior high schools, colleges and universities.

Through his teaching experience in three different continents in the world, he has developed a very strong knowledge in curriculum development, evaluations, advising, building teaching portfolio, psychology of human development and learning as well as trends in education and school management. He is currently teaches at Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) in Colombia, South America.

EDUCATION

He graduated from University of Education, Winneba in Ghana, holds MSc. in Management Studies from the BPP University, London in UK and CMI Level 7 Certificate (equivalent to master’s degree) in Strategic Management & Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), London-UK.
