Stuart is a Graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration, an Adjunct Professor, Author, Speaker and, Emeritus President of the Cornell Hotel Society FL. He currently owns and operates a 28 year-old business in Walt Disney World. He has started up, opened or operated over 60 Restaurants, 7 Major Hotels, and 1 Airline.

Stuart is also a newly minted Forbes contributor. He is most passionate about creating memorable moments through the “Guest Service Experience” that defines success across all industries!

Stuart has partnered with Hilton Worldwide, Southwest Airlines, Peabody Hotels, Walt Disney World, NASCAR, Loews Hotels at Universal Studios Florida, Hard Rock Resorts, and many other distinguished Brands to build world-class guest deliverables into their DNA.
