A sought-after speaker and commentator on industry trends, she is a passionate advocate for creativity and shared value. At the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, Davis has chaired the PR jury and served on the prestigious Titanium jury.

Davis is founding Board Chair of the Asian University for Women (AUW) Support Foundation Hong Kong and sits on its Board of Trustees. Based in Bangladesh, AUW seeks to educate a new generation of leaders equipped to become agents of change ready to tackle their countries’ social, economic and political issues while collaborating across cultural, ethnic and religious lines.

She led establishment of the firm’s Global China Practice, including an innovative China Masters Exchange program in partnership with top universities designed to fast-track top Mandarin-speaking graduates in the West before they transferred to Fleishman's Greater China operations.

She holds a journalism degree, cum laude, from The University of Missouri. She also earned the Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma.
