In 2012, Ryan Avery became the youngest World Champion of Public Speaking in history, competing against 30,000 people from 116 countries to win the World Championship of Public Speaking hosted by Toastmasters International.

Since then, Avery has devoted himself to speaking to businesses, addressing leadership and strategic communication issues facing today’s leaders in his keynotes.

He excels at making teams more efficient, effective, and energized and shifting communication in your organization to help foster creativity, strategy, and collaboration.

Avery is also a bestselling author, with books including "Speaker Leader Champion: How to Succeed at Work Through the Power of Public Speaking" and "Motivating Millennials: How to Recognize, Recruit and Retain the Next Generation of Leaders."

Avery is a philanthropist, having co-founded 31 Days of Kindness. He donates 10% of his profits to charities like Girls, Inc., HOBY, and The Action Center.
