Helen Hunter is passionate about unlocking the power of customer data and driving behavioral loyalty. As Head of Loyalty at Sainsburys, she is responsible for shaping the Sainsburys Nectar proposition and loyalty operations; delivery of all targeted customer communication programs; Local Marketing and developing new loyalty channels such as Sainsburys Brand Match. Prior to this, Helen held roles at emnos, Home Retail Group, Woolworths Group and Kingfisher. At emnos, Helen supported clients including Waitrose, Morrisons, Target and Woolworths Australia in unlocking value from their customer data. At Homebase, as Head of Strategy and Customer Management, Helen was responsible for running the loyalty scheme; re-platforming the Homebase website and customer insight. At Woolworths Group, Helen held a variety of category planning and customer insight roles. Helen started her career on the Kingfisher graduate scheme at B&Q, having read Modern History at Somerville College, Oxford.
